About Right Surveyors Valuations

Jeff Seed MRICS is the retained consultant chartered valuation surveyor for Right Surveyors North East Ltd, who provides expert professional valuation and property advice all across the North East.

Our Valuation consultant and expert is Jeff Seed MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor, Registered Valuer and Energy Assessor.

His experience includes working at a senior level in both the private and public sectors, providing professional advice and project consultancy to national and local clients. Skills developed from this broad experience base include Energy Management, but are primarily focused around independent valuations for a variety of purposes: from Probate to Matrimonial, Tax to property Disposals and Acquisitions. To enable him to accurately provide valuations under these categories, he is Registered as a Valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and stays up to date with the requirements and best-practice recommendations of the 'Red Book' of Valuation standards.
